| Non-profit organizations are eligible to receive discounts when they order multiple subscriptions to JCE. All subscriptions include both print and full JCE Online access. A Journal of Chemical Education subscription is a wonderful outreach instrument for your organization— valuable, yet affordable, especially at the reduced rates offered here.
Reduced Rates. The Journal of Chemical Education offers special reduced rates to encourage groups and organizations to purchase multiple subscriptions for teachers in their area and thereby express their enthusiasm and support for teachers. Since the Journal operates dangerously close to break even, these discounted prices are significant and represent only the costs of printing and mailing—not editorial. Subscriptions may be for either one or two years; two year subscriptions have the advantage that reading JCE is more likely to become a habit.
Bulk subscriptions. To qualify for these reduced rates you must gather all of the subscriber information and send it to us at one time along with your payment as a single check or credit card payment. Tell us where to send renewal notices—to the sponsoring organization or to each individual recipient.
Disclaimers. We cannot give further discounts or subscription incentives. Also, we cannot give refunds to present subscribers should they want to subscribe more cheaply through the sponsoring organization. We also reserve the right to determine which organizations are eligible to receive this discount.
Price Increases. These reduced rates apply to subscriptions paid before the end of August 2008.
Subsidies. As the sponsoring organization, you may divide subscription costs with the recipients in whatever proportion you wish.
